Since its founding in 1829, Burr and Burton have been an independent Vermont high school with a public mission. Situated at the foot of Mt. Equinox and overlooking picturesque Manchester Village, Burr and Burton is a school with a proud tradition of educating students of diverse backgrounds and talents in a supportive and caring environment.

The campus comprises several buildings on approximately 50 wooded acres, including the Seminary Building, the Physical Education Center, the Art Center, the Science Center, Founder Hall, and Larson Hall which houses BBA’s woodshop.
